Share the Light 2025

Share the Light is a community celebration that brings together student artists from across the Shenandoah Valley for an evening of creativity, connection, and shared joy on the Blackfriars stage. This special event features performances from the ASC Drama Clubs, Silver Line Theatre Exchange, and Staunton High School.

The evening is organized by Lia Wallace, Director of ASC’s Theatre Camp & Education Programs Manager, who has spent more than a decade shaping student artistry at the ASC. Lia holds an MLitt and MFA in Shakespeare and Performance from Mary Baldwin University and a BA from NYU. As Camp Director, she builds a supportive and professional space where young performers learn, grow, and gain the confidence to step into their own light.

Silver Line Theatre Exchange is a local, education-led theatre company offering training and performance opportunities for students in grades Pre-K through 12, along with a professional producing arm that connects regional artists to meaningful work.

Seats for Share the Light are free, so bring your family, your friends, and everyone who loves cheering on young artists. It is something special to witness a new performer find their footing under shared light, isn’t it?
